Data Privacy
Your Enquiry. Your Agreement.
How information submitted through this website is used and shared.
Information You Provide
The enquiry form collects your name, email address, optional phone number, selected service and message. It also identifies the website from which the enquiry was submitted. Please provide only the information needed to explain a commercial request and avoid including sensitive personal data.
The hosting service may process technical information such as IP addresses, request times and browser information to deliver and protect the website. The enquiry form includes an empty field used to identify automated submissions.
Why Enquiry Details Are Used
Details are used to understand the request, respond to you and discuss a relevant service. They may also be used to maintain enquiry records and address delivery or security problems. The form asks for your agreement before you send your information.
Your enquiry may be passed to a suitable local firm, but your agreement is requested first through the form’s required consent checkbox. That firm may contact you about the request and explain its own terms and privacy arrangements. Sending an enquiry does not commit you to purchasing a service.
Sharing And Service Providers
Only information relevant to handling the enquiry should be shared. Providers involved in hosting, form delivery and communication may process the data needed for those functions. Enquiry information is not intended to be used for unrelated marketing without a separate appropriate basis.
If you do not agree to passing the enquiry to a suitable local firm, do not submit the consent-based form. You can still browse the service information without submitting your contact details.
Retention And Security
Enquiry information should be retained only for as long as needed to handle the request, maintain relevant records or meet applicable obligations. The appropriate period depends on whether a discussion, service or dispute follows the original enquiry. Data should not be kept indefinitely without a continuing reason.
Reasonable access controls and secure transmission help protect personal information. No online method can remove every security risk. Avoid including confidential project files, access credentials or personal medical information in an initial message.
Your Choices And Rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to access or correct your personal information, request erasure or restriction, object to certain processing or withdraw consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before it was withdrawn. Where another local firm has received your details, you can also raise the request directly with that firm.
Use the enquiry form to submit a privacy request and select Not Sure Yet, explaining that your message concerns data rights. Provide enough information to identify the earlier enquiry without sending unnecessary personal records. You may also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner's Office.
Cookies And External Resources
The static pages do not set analytics or advertising cookies through their own scripts. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers and shares the technical information needed for that request. Links to external guidance open third-party websites with their own privacy arrangements.
This notice may be updated if the website’s enquiry handling or technical services change. Review the current notice before sending information.
